At White Construction Company, we have an extra excitement in the air just thinking of the possibilities 2007 brings!  We had a tremendous 2006 and are confident the New Year will prove to be even better.

We have begun construction on several tremendous custom homes that are beautiful, comfortable, inviting, and uniquely different. A few of these projects include a home perfect for a growing family with breathtaking views,  in the Reserve in Comfort,  and a spectacular Spanish Mediterranean Home in Comanche Trace, that will serve as our “Tour of Homes” entry.  Additionally we have selected an estate lot in Phase Ten of Comanche Trace, and will begin construction on a spec home there, later this spring.

Not only are we excited about the houses we are building, but we are excited about how we are building them.  There have been tremendous strides made in the construction industry and we are pleased to be able to stay on the cutting edge of products and technology.  One product we are especially excited about is Rastra. Rastra is a composite of recycled polystyrene, cement and concrete that thanks, to the growing attraction to green living has become one of the hottest building materials in the United States.  The material is popular among the environmentally conscious for two reasons.  All the polystyrene foam used in the production is recycled.  And because foam accounts for 85 percent of its volume, Rastra is a remarkable insulator, greatly reducing energy costs.  Additionally Rastra is practically indestructible, it is fireproof, resistant to high winds, termites can’t eat it and mold won’t grow on it.  We are very excited to be working with such an outstanding new product.

In each New Year there will be changes, but there will also be traditions that will never waiver.  White Construction Company will continue it’s commitment to the utmost in quality and craftsmanship, and our dedication to our customers.  And will continue to produce truly amazing homes that are as unique as our customers.
